We are pleased to report that following the earlier datacenter outage, services are currently being resumed and are beginning to stabilise.

While you may see your websites, mail, and control panels coming back online, please be aware that "DNS propagation" and server resource balancing may cause some intermittent connectivity or slowness over the next hour as the infrastructure fully recovers.

Critical Datacentre Outage

This incident is a widespread datacentre outage at an upstream London datacentre. The outage began at approximately 02:16am and is affecting all services.

We are exploring continuity options with suppliers and will attempt to reach out to service users by email from emergencynotifications@responsesystems.it.com (please note, this is an emergency contingency email address).

In the meantime, we ask service users to:

  • Monitor this status page (status.responsesystems.it.com) for live updates.
  • Avoid changes - do not attempt to change DNS settings or upload files right now, as this could cause further sync issues once the servers come back online.

Critical Datacentre Outage

We are currently aware of an upstream network issue affecting some of our services in the UK. Our data center partner is investigating a hardware disruption, and as a result, all of our websites, web applications and email services are be temporarily unavailable.
